RETURNS
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in new, unused condition.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email our customer service team at Sales@CarniVault.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging along with proof of purchase, and mail it to the following address:

REFUNDS
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
